The building is very versatile and can provide space for a home office, studio, playroom, guest or holiday accommodation. It can be upgraded to comply with domestic building regulations if more permanent living accommodation is required.
Lined with breather paper as standard, the loft may be insulated and lined to your requirements at extra cost. Popular finishes include basic Sterling board for playrooms to Tongue and Groove “v” boarding or plasterboard for domestic use.
The Classic Coach House is available in all the options and finishes of the Classic Range. It can be supplied with dormer windows or roof lights and can be tailored to your own requirements. Please note that loft accommodation is unsuitable above stabling due to the compromised ventilation for the horses below, but may be fitted above tack and feed stores.
The Kingsland Classic Coach House was launched in the summer of 2006. By combining our Classic Range buildings with a 45° roof pitch, we created a building with spacious loft accommodation which can be reached either via external granary steps or an internal staircase.
